Annual Meeting for the Torch River Sled Dog Race will be held on June 8th at the home of

Stefaan and Tanja DeMarie  (Akelas Den)  Christopher Lake.  Meeting will start at 4:30

followed by a BBQ potluck supper and social evening.  For more information contact

DAY1: Christopher Lake Village - Beaton Community Hall

DAY2: Beaton Community Hall - Christopher Lake Village

– approx. 40 miles each day - starts at 12:00 noon March 2, 2013

8.00 am   – 10:00am Registration Christopher Lake Hotel

8:00 am   – 11:00am Pancake breakfast Christopher Lake Hotel
                             Everybody welcome

10:00 am  – Mushers Meeting

11:00 am  – Mushers to starting area behind Hotel

12:00 noon  – First team leaves

3:30 pm   – Teams should start arriving at Beaton Community Hall 
                             Everybody welcome

6:00 pm   – Beaton Community Club’s “All You Can Eat” Stew Supper and
                             Social Evening.    Everybody welcome

 

MARCH 3rd

 

8:00 am   – Pancake Breakfast at Beaton Community Hall

10:00 am  – Teams will leave for the return trip back to Christopher Lake

1:30 pm   – Teams could start arriving at the finish line at the hotel

5:00 pm   – Chilli supper , Legion Hall, supplied by the Christopher Lake Brownies
                           and Girl Guides followed by the Awards Presentation
